Neighborhood Sports, Lago Vista's official NFL Flag Football League is registering. Kids, ages 4-14, in all skill levels, can play in a quality, non-contact league, where HAVING FUN while competing and learning, is the #1 GOAL. Fall Registration begins May 1, 2012. Regular registration ends August 18. Game location: St. Gabriel's Catholic School Football Field. 2500 Wimberly Lane Austin, TX 78735 Season Dates: September 22 - Nov 5, All City Centex Tournament Nov 12, 2012. Teams play 1 game each Saturday. Local League Divisions: Co-ed Pre K/K, 1/2 grade, 3/4 grade, 5/6 grade. 78 grade. Fees: Volunteer coaches child $90, Regular Player $115 Practice: One weekly practice. (60-90 minutes) (Day and time set by coach) Players contacted and begin practice by September 9 Participants get: NFL Flag Jersey, Regular Season Games, Playoff Tournament & Trophy NFL Flag Regional & National Tournaments SUMMER REGIONAL TOURNAMENT DATE: June 30 & July 1, 2012 TIME: 9am - 2pm LOCATION: University of Texas. (Fall tournaments September - November to be announced) hosted by NFL Teams (Last year Dallas, New Orleans, Phoenix, San Diego, Oakland, St. Louis, Chicago, New England, NY Jets, and Buffalo hosted tournaments. MORE: Open to all officially registered Neighborhood Sports NFL Youth Flag football teams. Teams may attend one tournament. Age Brackets are as follows:9-11 Co-Ed (teams may be made up of co-ed, all girls, or all boys) 12-14 Boy 12-14 Girls Winning teams from each age bracket of the NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments will go on to participate in the NFL FLAG National Tournament of Champions. Hotel, and airfare will be provided for the head coach and up to ten players. DATE: Saturday & Sunday, January, 2012 (Exact Dates will be posted at a later date) TIME: 9am - 3pm, LOCATION: Winning teams from each age bracket of the NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments will go on to participate in the NFL FLAG National Tournament of Champions. Hotel, airfare will be provided by the NFL for one coach and up to ten players.
